Job Description :

  • Sales in commercial vehicle & transport equipment
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Establish a new account for business development.
  • Maintain and provide good relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up

Requirements :

  • Diploma, Bachelor’s/Post Graduate/Professional Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Preferably with sales experience & aircon/Automotive knowledge
  • Minimum 1 Year in sales (Candidates without experience are welcome to apply! Training provided)
  • Good personality, self-motivated & independent
  • Must be computer literate and strong communication
  • Able to speak in English, Mandarin, and Malay (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
  • *Must posses own car and have a valid driving license*​

Location: Kulai, Johor

Working Arrangement: On-site / Full-time

Job Description

  • Prepare and manage quotations, tax invoices and delivery orders, ensuring accurate records and proper filing.
  • Conduct callback services and follow-ups with refrigerated vehicle customers to ensure service quality and address potential issues.
  • Conduct cold calls and develop new customer accounts to expand business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Oversee assistants’ daily schedules and monitor cold calling activities to ensure productivity and performance targets are met.
  • Prepare daily and weekly job reports and perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
  • Report to the After-Sales Manager regularly, or to any other person as designated by the Company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in after-sales, customer service, or service coordination.
  • Familiarity with air-conditioning systems and components is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented with good relationship management abilities.
  • Well-organized and able to manage multiple service requests.
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin(to support Mandarin-speaking customers).
  • Must possess a valid driving license and own vehicle.
